What part of the dog bow can I choose "color" for in the drop down menu?
You choose the color of the satin ribbon in the drop down menu. If the dog bow has a Swarovski crystal centerpiece and/or colored delicate "diamonds" beading around the shank of the dog bow, it will change to match the color of satin ribbon you choose. All of the other materials including fancy ribbons and trims, overlay treatments like lattice, gold or silver underlays and any hand beading will be the same as shown in the dog bow photo. Dogform offers eighteen (18) different solid satin colors, go to the "Fabric" dog bow collection to view.
How do I know Dogform has received my order?
You will receive an email confirmation from Dogform of receipt of your Paypal payment for your order.
When will my order be ready for shipment?
Website orders take 5 to 7 business days and custom orders take 7 to 15 business days to be completed and ready for shipment depending on the size of the project. Clients who add to their initial first order with additional orders ie. Part 2, Part 3 etc., this time frame is based on the date from your last Paypal payment received not the first payment. These time frames may be longer due to holidays or when clients are delayed in providing Dogform with all order specifications and/or for providing payment for upgrading shipping from airmail to a tracked method. I will not ship your order until you have responded to my email with your choice of wether you want tracking on your order or not. To ensure your order gets shipped according to the above time frames it is the buyer's responsibility to follow up in a timely manner with their order specifications and/or payment for tracking on their shipment.
Once my order is ready for shipment how long will delivery take?
Dogform is located in Vancouver, BC Canada and shipping service is thru Canada Post. All shipments within Canada and to the USA come with online tracking and insurance up to $100CAD with additional insurance available by request per $100 worth of value only $2.25CAD. International shipments are by Canada Post Airmail which has NO tracking and NO insurance if you want tracking and insurance the service is called Tracked Packet International - email me for rates to your country. Faster delivery with online tracking and insurance is available by e-mail request within Canada, USA and International destinations. Delivery time frames are subject to your own country customs and duties clearance as are any duties and taxes and are the buyer's responsibility to pay and are not the resposibility of Dogform or Canada Post.
What do you ship my dog bows in?
Bows are shipped in a dog bow storage box for protection, include latex bands and packed in a padded bubble envelope for extra protection.

TRACKED PACKET USA ~ Includes an online tracking number, takes 4 to 7 business days and includes insurance up to $100CAD worth of value. Additional insurance is available via Xpresspost service, see below for details.
