How do I know Dogform has received my order?

Customers will receive two email confirmations. The first confirmation will be a receipt of your order and the second will be a shipping date.


Why did I get a Paypal invoice for additional costs after I ordered?

Occasionally orders come thru with inccorect prices that do not reflect current prices. This may happen when either a customer uses a link they have saved to make their purchases thru that is out of date or during website downtown for maintenance and/or website updates.


When will my order be ready for shipment?

Orders take three to four weeks to be ready for shipment.


Once my order is ready for shipment how long will delivery take?

Dogform is located in Vancouver, BC Canada. For standard shipments within Canada or to the USA delivery takes 3 to 14 days via Air Mail. International shipments via Air Mail take 7 to 14 days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and your country's custom clearance. Optional delivery via Xpresspost within North America takes 3 to 5 days. International Xpresspost takes 4 to 7 days and is available to most destinations with a few exceptions.


What do you ship my dog bows in?

Bows are shipped in a dog bow storage box for protection.

AIR MAIL ~ Insurance is included up to the first $100 worth of value. Dogform will not be held responsible for any shipments that are lost or stolen in the mail. If your order is more than CAD$100 and you would like to purchase additional insurance then the method of shipping is by Canada Post "Xpresspost" service.

XPRESSPOST ~ If you wish to have insurance over the first $100 worth of value offered by AIR MAIL then Xpresspost service provides extra insurance up to CAD$1,000 worth of value and includes online tracking of your shipment and faster delivery. For Xpresspost rates contact Dogform and a separate PayPal invoice will be sent to you for the additional cost. Please note that Xpresspost service is available to most worldwide destinations with exception to some destinations.

COURIER DELIVERY ~ If you would like your shipment sent via FedEx or Purolator courier for next business day or two business day delivery please contact Dogform. Courier delivery available to most major cities.

WESTERN UNION ~ Dogform accepts money transfers thru Western Union by credit card or cash. Western Union charges a small fee to send a money transfer. Please contact Dogform at info@dogform.com with your order to receive the total dollar amount of your order and two pieces of information to give Western Union for your payment.

MONEY ORDERS ~ Dogform accepts money orders in Canadian and US funds made payable to Laura Zuibrycki. All money order payments must be placed by e-mail in order that your order details are on file.
