How do I know Dogform has received my order?

 

Customers will receive two email confirmations. The first confirmation will be a receipt of your order and the second will be a shipping date.

 

 

When will my order be ready for shipment?

 

Orders for Dogform bows and other show apparel take 10 to 15 business days to be completed and ready for shipment. This time frame may be longer depending on the size and volume of orders at the time you placed your order. All other brands not including Dogform typically take 2 to 3 weeks to receive and will come directly from the supplier. In the rare case that an item(s) you have ordered are not in stock with the supplier it may take a little longer.

 

 

Once my order is ready for shipment how long will delivery take?

 

Dogform is located in Vancouver, BC Canada. For standard shipments within Canada or to the USA delivery takes 3 to 14 days via Air Mail. International shipments via Air Mail take 7 to 14 days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and your country's custom clearance. Optional delivery via Xpresspost within North America takes 3 to 5 days. International Xpresspost takes 4 to 7 days and is available to most destinations with a few exceptions.

 

 

What do you ship my dog bows in?

 

Bows are shipped in a dog bow storage box for protection.

* NOTE: Additional shipping charge may apply on orders that have multiple items other than just bows. For Dogform brand items this includes multiple items such as wrapping jackets, fleece jumpers, pajamas and topknot pillows. For all other brands please see the write up on the actual item page for the additional shipping cost. You will receive a separate Paypal invoice from Dogform for the additional actual shipping cost.

 

AIR MAIL ~ Airmail is the most cost effective method of shipping used by most customers. Airmail does not have insurance or tracking and Dogform will not be held responsible for any shipments that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you want insurance and tracking you must get Xpresspost service for an additional shipping charge. Please contact Dogform for Xpresspost rates with your shipping address.

 

XPRESSPOST ~ If you wish to have insurance and tracking on your shipment then Xpresspost service thru Canada Post provides insurance up to CAD$1,000 worth of value and includes online tracking of your shipment and faster delivery than Airmail. For Xpresspost rates contact Dogform and a separate PayPal invoice will be sent to you for the additional cost. Please note that Xpresspost service is available to most worldwide destinations with exception to some destinations.

 

COURIER DELIVERY ~ If you would like your shipment sent via FedEx courier please contact Dogform for rates with your shipping address. Courier delivery is available to most major cities worldwide.

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL ~ Dogform accepts Paypal which is a free, safe and secure online payment processor. They accept all major credit cards and Paypal members have the option of paying from their Paypal account. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A PAYPAL MEMBER TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD THRU PAYPAL. WESTERN UNION ~ Dogform accepts money transfers thru Western Union by credit card or cash. You can visit Western Union at www.westernunion.com or call toll free 1-800-325-6000 with your questions and to find a Western Union Agent location near you. Western Union charges a small fee to send a money transfer. Please contact Dogform at info@dogform.com with your order to receive the total dollar amount of your order and two pieces of information to give Western Union for your payment.
